If you own one of our Eclipse Pro range, then it will need to be serviced at regular intervals to ensure the device is working at full capacity. We also need to check the timing and other operations are fully functional, the fans and conversion cells are in tip-top condition, and the machine is producing ozone at a safe level.
All Eclipse Pro products should be serviced at least once every two years; however, if you are a particularly heavy user of your machine, or it is used in heavily odour affected environments, you may want to consider a more frequent service frequency. We are happy to advise you if you are unsure.
