Servicing and Upkeep

If you own one of our Eclipse Pro range then it will need to be serviced at regular intervals to ensure the device is working at full capacity. We also need to check the timing and other operations are fully functional, the fans and conversion cells are in tip top conditions and the machine is producing ozone at a safe level.

All Eclipse Pro products should be serviced at least once every two years, however, if you have heavy use of the product or it is used regularly in different environments for example, you may want to consider a more frequent service frequency.

If you have just purchased an Eclipse Pro, please fill in the registration from and we will ensure you are notified of your service dates and any other relevant information.

FAQ

Can you service any other Ozone machines
Yes. Contact us and we can give you a price to service most ozone based equipment.
Do you refill any chemicals or oils during the service.
No! the Eclipse Pro does not use chemicals or oils, only natural ozone.
Is it dangerous to use an unserviced Eclipse Pro
You really shouldn’t use any cleaning equipment that has not been correctly maintained. It is very unlikely that the equipment will become dangerous because we build all our products with safety in mind. An unserviced machine may not work at its best though.
